You will be going on this exciting taster session at this 4x4 off roader centre at Rockingham Castle, based near Corby in Northamptonshire, who have been running these experiences for many years, led by their owner and the main instructor at the centre, Vince. He has a great level of past experience with driving four wheel drive vehicles in all manner of situations and environments, no matter how challenging, so you can be assured you're learning from the best. On your one hour session, you'll be learning and mastering the basics of driving a four wheel drive Land Rover Defender 110, off grid in the countryside surrounding Rockingham Castle, as well as getting accustomed to standard off road driving conditions - crossing ditches, tackling side slopes and driving through deep troughs of mud and water and tackling steep gradients on downhill slopes at angles of 40 degrees!
