During this 90-minute experience, you can put your skills to the test while also helping out with the daily farming tasks. The farm is located just outside Lockerbie and is owned by the sixth generation of the Steel family. They offer holidays, activities, and experiences, and also serve delicious beef and lamb.
As you drive around the private roads, tracks, and trails of the Lockerbie estate, you'll gain insight into how the farm operates. You'll tackle tricky terrain and go through a mixture of instruction, demos, and driving. You'll learn the angle of approach for hills, test your mettle in the gullies and ditches, splash through the fords, and splatter through the mud. It's a fantastic experience that you'll definitely enjoy.
An expert 4x4 driver will be with you every step of the way, showing you how to get the very best out of the Landy. They will teach you when to use four-wheel drive and when to make use of a low ratio. All sessions are tailored to your interests and abilities.
