Embark on a White Water rafting experience in Lee Valley and face the rapids! You get to use the Olympic-standard course at this London 2012 location. As you plunge into Lee Valley's swift waters, expect a thrilling rollercoaster ride of splashes! To start, all rafters are outfitted with wetsuits and buoyancy aids to keep them warm and safe while navigating the rapids. After that, you'll hear a safety presentation on dry land. Before entering the Lee Valley waters, you'll do crucial safety checks with knowledgeable white water guides.

You will be kitted out by the team with wetsuits, wet boots, helmets and buoyancy aids
Learn the basic skills and safety elements of rafting
Paddle across the lake and complete a short swim test and activity assessment
Your raft guide will help you navigate the drops and eddies of the rapids
Experience length: 90 minutes. Allow 120 minutes on site for your session
Rafts can accommodate up to 9 participants and the instructor
There are onsite food outlets where food and refreshments can be purchased with great views of the course
